How to reduce customer support response time
- Measure first reply time, not total time
First reply is what the customer experiences as speed. - Count your repeat questions
If the top five questions are half your volume, they are the whole project. - Write the answers down once
An AI or a new hire both need the same artifact: a knowledge base that is actually correct. - Automate the answer, keep the exception
Route the confident answers and escalate the rest, rather than automating everything. - Re-check the automated answers weekly
A drifted answer repeated a thousand times is worse than a slow human.
Reviews from disclosed users
Every review below comes from a logged-in account, was approved by a moderator, and carries a disclosure of any family, employment, free-access or discount connection to the team, per the FTC endorsement guides (16 CFR 465). We publish no aggregate score: a handful of early-user ratings is not a market rating. See all reviews.
The review service could not be reached when this page was built, so no reviews are shown. We would rather show you nothing than show you something we made up. Be the first to write one.
