This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to every product purchased at Elite AI Empire/onboard.
Covers: Agent Skill Pack ($29), Fix-My-Design audit ($19), Research Reader credits ($5), and any other single-charge digital deliverable sold here. If you have not yet downloaded the deliverable or spent the credits you purchased, email [email protected] within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Once a deliverable is downloaded or credits are consumed, the purchase is final except where required otherwise by law.
Covers: TradeHouse Data Tier ($299/mo), TradeHouse Fidelity Lab add-on ($99/mo), CohostBnB service tiers ($19–$79/mo), and any other recurring price sold here. You may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us; cancellation stops the next billing cycle and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. We do not prorate refunds for the unused remainder of a billing period. If this is your first charge on a new subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of that first charge by emailing [email protected].
Some products (for example CohostBnB's per-property and revenue-share components) invoice metered usage outside of Stripe, on top of the flat price shown at checkout, exactly as described on that product's own pricing page before you subscribe. Disputed usage charges are resolved the same way as the flat-fee refund process above: email us and we will investigate.
